Welcome to Wesley Village, an innovative multigenerational affordable housing campus in Orange County that reimagines community living by bringing families, seniors, and neighborhood services together in one vibrant, connected place. Developed by Jamboree in partnership with Garden Grove United Methodist Church on previously unused church land, Wesley Village features two three-story residential buildings offering quality housing for both families and seniors, plus a third community building providing exceptional services for residents and the broader community. The campus provides abundant space for outdoor activities including a large outdoor deck atop the family building, BBQ/dining area, tot lot, fitness areas, and beautifully landscaped recreation spaces. Laundry facilities in each residential building and a combination of covered and uncovered parking ensure everyday convenience. What truly sets Wesley Village apart is the onsite Head Start Learning Center and the wide variety of free educational, health, and wellness services coordinated by Jamboree's Community Impact Group—including a health clinic, computer center, library, and multipurpose rooms—creating a supportive ecosystem where families and seniors thrive together.
